One reason why MPs don’t want a strong lokpal bill is that their head is on the line.PM has favored many corrupts in recent time.Every MP enjoys luxurious life.Why the hell he will want that be taken.Parliament passes all the bills which could raise their salary,increase perks and do good for them.Why they keep passing bills limiting the age for all jobs except MPs.These fossils are still holding offices where as 99% on India retires on 60-62.They have vested interest.Parliament will never pass a bill which makes a hole in their pocket.I might sound hopeless but the fact is that the whole democratic process demands a make over.Fresh blood is required.These MPs, MLAs should be forced retired or if required should perish in ash.
